7 Secrets for Fat Loss 
 

You’ve probably heard the obvious reasons for being over-fat; “You eat too much, of the wrong things.”  Or, “You don’t exercise enough.” 

Although these statements are true, they are not specific enough.  For example, we have worked with thousands of people who have come to us out of frustration.  They believed they were doing things the right way.  After hearing so many stories, we discovered seven important factors that dramatically affect fat loss.  Violating even one of these factors can impair success!  Here’s the interesting part . . . virtually all of these frustrated dieters were not aware of at least three of these “secrets.” And when they learned them, and incorporated them into their lifestyle — they succeeded! 
 

SECRET # 1: Don’t Lose ‘Weight’!
 

How many times have you seen this; “Lose 30 pounds in 30 days.”  You might lose 30 pounds.  However, much of it is water and lean tissue!
 

If you lose just 10 pounds of muscle this month - you can gain 6 pounds of fat next month!  That’s because muscle is very active tissue.  Muscle is literally a “fat-burning furnace.”  Each pound of muscle can burn more than 1/2 pound of fat per month!  Lose the fat  - keep the muscle!
 

SECRET # 2:  Stimulants Don’t Work!
 

Diet pills, appetite suppressants, herbal energizers and other stimulants simply mask a very natural bodily function  - hunger.  The result is typically negative  - you eat too little of the same foods you’ve been eating.  The end result is a slower metabolism, less muscle and poor energy levels. 
 

SECRET # 3: High Carbohydrate Diets Can Make You Fatter! 
 

Certain “healthy” carbohydrates can stimulate fat storage!  Yes, foods like rice, cereals, potatoes and bread can cause fat storage.  However, you can overcome this problem if you combine these carbohydrates with certain other foods.  Use the

SECRET # 4:  Meal Timing ‘Can Make or Break’ Your Success!
