Helpful Hints for Weight
Loss
We are receiving some really
neat testimonials about the
NatraLEAN Eating
Program! People are consistently dropping pants & dress
sizes. A personal trainer just told me that one of his clients
has reduced his body fat from 22 percent to 7 percent!!! People
are excited about the results they are seeing! Here are a few
helpful hints to help your progress...
1. Take your measurements before you start the program.
Measuring (inch loss) and watching how your clothes fit are much
better indicators of your progress.
2. Keep a food history. You might be surprised how the little
'extras' add up over time!
3. The Quick Start Program is designed to be used for a limited
period of time, normally 10 to 15 days. You can then transition
to the "NatraLEAN Eating Program", which can be downloaded on
the NatraTech website. Some people choose to cycle between the
two programs for variety.
4. The NatraLEAN Bars
are a great meal replacement..."healthy fast food". Even though
they are a premium food product, they are still less expensive
than most fast-food, microwave dinners, etc. In addition, each
bar contains 8 grams of fiber!
5. If you are hungry during the program, don't starve yourself.
Add healthy foods for meals and snacks. There are many great
suggestions listed in the NatraLEAN Eating Program.
6. Eat breakfast to curb weight
gain! Looking for ways to limit weight gain? Eat more at
breakfast and less later in the day.
Our fast-moving culture has caused many of us to run out the
door in the morning with a cup of coffee or soft drink in hand!
We know how it sets us up for those mid-morning slumps -- now
research shows that it contributes to those unwanted pounds!
Eating high-protein foods can get your day off to an energetic
start. Also, try adding some healthy fats.
- Oatmeal ('Old Fashioned' type vs. Quick) with Pecans, Walnuts,
Almonds, Cinnamon.
- Eggs
- Lean Meats & Fish (NOT Processed, i.e. bacon, sausage, etc.)
- NatraLEAN™ Health Bar
Try eating more in the morning for just a week & feel the
difference...and watch the scale over the coming weeks!
