Our goal is happy, satisfied customers!  However, if you are dissatisfied with any NatraTech product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.  We will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.   

To return a product:

1.   Notify us that you are returning a product.  You may do so by mail, fax or electronic mail.  See contact information page for details

2.   When you send the product to us, make sure to include a copy of the original invoice.  If necessary, you can log in to your account and print a copy of your invoice.

3.   State the reason for refund.

Remember, refund must be applied for within 30 days of the date posted on your receipt.
