Get Into Your FAT BURNING ZONE and watch
the pounds vanish!
Most weight loss programs
typically deal with counting calories, fats or
carbohydrates. Unfortunately, they don’t consider how Stress
and your Hormones affect your metabolism.
Stress, Poor Digestion,
and Low Blood Sugar can throw your hormones and metabolism
out of balance! This needs to be considered when it comes to
losing weight -- and keeping it off.
Are you struggling
with…
- Cravings and Low
Blood Sugar?
- Midmorning and afternoon slumps?
- Irritability if meals are missed or delayed?
- Bloating, gas, indigestion or heartburn?
- Is Stress wearing you down?
If that’s you, there is a good chance that
your metabolism, which is controlled by your thyroid,
adrenal glands and pancreas are triggering your body to burn
calories from carbohydrates and lean muscle tissue, rather
than stored body fat. When that happens, it takes you out of
your ‘fat burning’ mode. This is why it is important to look
at all the factors that control your metabolism, rather than
just calories, fats and carbs.
Stress and Your Fat-Burning Zone
Too many people are dieting and exercising
and still not seeing results. They’re hitting plateaus that
keep them from losing another pound, no matter how many
laps, situps or calories they eat.
This is because losing weight is more than
how many calories you eat and how many you burn. The key to
successfully losing the weight and keeping it off is to make
sure your body is staying its “fat-burning” zone 24/7.
Throughout the day your body is burning
calories. And it can burn calories from either fats,
proteins or carbohydrates. Successful weight loss occurs
when you trigger your metabolism to burn calories from
stored body fat. In fact the body is designed and prefers
to burn calories from stored body fat.
Unfortunately stress and diet are taking
us out of our “fat-burning” zone and causing many of us to
struggle with our weight because our body is burning
calories from proteins and carbs. If that’s you, you will
always be struggling with weight gain, fatigue, cravings and
mood swings.
Stress triggers the adrenal glands to
produce more cortisol and adrenaline. This triggers your
metabolism to burn calories from the breakdown of
carbohydrates and protein (lean muscle).
Cortisol isn’t a bad hormone as many
infomercials want us to believe. It simply does what it is
supposed to do, which is burn calories from carbs and
proteins. So if your adrenals glands are constantly
having to produce more cortisol and adrenaline due to all
the stress in your life….your hormones will always be
triggering your metabolism to burn carbs and proteins.
Which in essence means you will always struggle with your
weight.
The Diet - Hormone Connection…
You can’t talk about weight loss without
talking about diet. But diet is more than how many calories
or fat grams or carbs we ate. The two things we need to
understand about diet is that diet controls our blood
sugar. This is critical in the weight loss arena, because
as soon as your blood sugar starts to drop…you immediately
fall out of your ‘fat-burning’ zone.
Secondly, our diet or the wrong foods can
inflame our digestive system, which can also take us out of
our ‘fat-burning’ zone.
The Blood Sugar
connection…
Like our stress hormones, cortisol and adrenaline, which are
produced in response to stress. We also produce hormones
that regulate our metabolism based on what we eat. A diet
high in carbohydrates, especially refined, processed
carbohydrates trigger the production of a hormone called
insulin. Many people have heard about it, but insulin
triggers our body to store fat, which is not the desired
affect we want when attempt to lose weight or keep it off.
On the other hand, protein triggers the
production of another hormones called glucagon, which
triggers the body to burn fats. This is the hormone we all
love and want to make sure we produce enough of to trigger
our body to burn calories from stored body fats.

If your diet consists of moderate amounts
of good protein and good fats, it will do two things for
you. First it will trigger the production of glucagon that
will help keep you in your fat burning zone. Secondly it
will help regulate your blood sugar. This is critical,
because when your blood sugar drops your adrenals will kick
in and produce additional cortisol and or adrenaline to help
raise your blood sugar.
Remember cortisol isn’t a bad hormone, but
if your adrenal glands are always having to make more
cortisol and adrenaline due to all the stress and bad
dietary choices your metabolism will always be burning
calories from carbs and proteins….which will hinder your
weight loss efforts.
The classic reason blood sugar drops is
because of skipped meals, delayed eating or eating too much
refined, processed foods. It can also drop because your
meal didn’t have enough protein and fats that help keep your
blood sugar stable for longer periods of time. Too much
exercise or the wrong exercise will also cause your blood
sugar to drop if not properly refueled.
The main point is that your diet (blood sugar) can hurt you
in two ways. It can first trigger the wrong hormone if you
eat too many carbs and not enough protein. Secondly if you
eat the wrong foods or skip a meal….your blood sugar will
drop and that will cause the release of additional cortisol
and adrenaline. This takes you out of your fat burning zone
and also is additional stress on the adrenal glands which
can lead to adrenal fatigue and exhaustion.
The Digestion Connection...
If the foods you eat are causing:
-
Bloating
-
Indigestion
-
Heartburn
-
Reflux
-
Irritable bowel
-
Leaky gut
It’s irritating and inflaming your digestive system. This
triggers the adrenal glands to produce cortisol, which
reduces inflammation. If your adrenal glands are always
having to produce additional cortisol due to poor digestion
and your metabolism will always be burning calories from carbs
and proteins instead of stored body fat. In essence you
will always be struggling with weight loss, fatigue,
cravings and mood swing issues!
Take
the online health quizzes (blood sugar, digestion and stress
test) to see if your fat-burning zone is being affected by
stress and diet!
Healthy weight loss is more than simply calories!
-
Maybe Stress has been part of the puzzle
-
Maybe blood sugar imbalances were the reason.
-
Maybe digestive issues are to blame
Whatever the reason you need to understand that healthy
weight loss is more that simply counting calories.
Successful weight loss is a result of burning calories from
stored body fat.
If
you suspect stress is causing your adrenal glands to produce
too much cortisol and adrenaline start with Adrenal Fuel.
The only two-phase stress recovery formula that nourishes
those exhausted adrenal glands, while at the same time
balances out those stress hormones.
It’s
NOT just cortisol! And it’s NOT always too much cortisol!
If
you’ve been under prolonged, constant stress…you could have
reached a point where your adrenal glands can’t make enough
cortisol, adrenaline or DHEA our anti-aging hormone. This
is called Adrenal Exhaustion or Fatigue and is fast
becoming a major underlying problem to so many other health
complaints.
Adrenal
Fuel
is unique
in that it balances out those hormones. If you are making
too much cortisol or too little -- it will balance it out
for you. So many other products only work to lower
cortisol, which could be the worst thing if your cortisol is
already to low.
If
you haven’t had your adrenal glands measured (cortisol and
DHEA) to see how much stress has affected your body, it
could be the reason why you have been stuck in your current
health challenge. Learn the facts on measuring adrenal
status and how stress is impacting your body (this should be
a link to the testing information)
Adrenal Fuel
will work to get your metabolism functioning the way it is
supposed to and get you back in your “fat-burning zone.
Give it a try for 30 days and see if you
don’t start feeling and looking better.
Adrenal Fuel
does NOT contain Stimulants which are commonly found in
other weight loss and energy products. There are NO ma
huang, caffeine, ephdera, guarana, kola nut or bitter
oranges, which are the last things you want to be taking if
your adrenals have been overworked.
NatraTech has developed a
two-phase approach to fat loss that overcomes the 3 common
‘roadblocks’ to losing fat -– hormone imbalances (e.g. cortisol and stress), blood sugar imbalances and digestive
difficulties. The results are exciting!
Phase One – 'Quick
Start Fat Loss Program'
The Quick Start
Program is typically followed for the first 15-30 days
and incorporates four fundamental principles to the program.
-
Stress and Hormone
Imbalances – Stress triggers the production of
cortisol and adrenaline, two hormones that trigger your
metabolism to burn carbohydrates and lean muscle tissue
instead of stored body fat.
-
Blood sugar and
insulin control – This is a low-glycemic eating
plan, which effectively controls blood sugar & insulin
response. This allows your body to stay in the
‘fat-burning zone’.
-
Calms digestive
system – Inflammation triggers cortisol… Bloating,
gas, indigestion and other irritable bowel problems
trigger inflammation. Cortisol causes your body to store
fat, especially in the midsection. The digestive tract
can be a ‘hidden’ source for a lot of inflammation.
-
Lower caloric
intake, with high nutritional value – The program
takes into consideration calorie intake, stress,
digestive difficulties, and blood sugar imbalances which
trigger our hormones to either burn or store fat.
