exciting to actually have found a
product that actually does what the
maker claims it will do!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I first found the site, I was
intrigued. I printed some of the info on
the site and took it to my doctor to see
if it was "legit" she read it carefully
and said "I don't believe a word of it!"
So for months I did nothing.
However, as the months went by, nothing
improved. I have no one large medical
problem, just lots of little ones:
irritable bowl, sinusitis (have had
surgery for it), I developed asthma this
last year, tired, irritability, SAD,
difficulty sleeping....
Anyway, on the website, I found the
stress test, I have ALL 14 symptoms!!!!
So despite my doctor's advise, I decided
to go on the Adrenal Fuel. I am so glad
I did!!!!!! After 4 days I saw a
difference. After nearly 2 weeks, I feel
like a new person. Of course I am not
100%, however, I have more energy, the
food cravings are gone, I have no more
afternoon slumps and I am much less
sleepy all the time. The real blessing
for me, however, is that for the first
time in 20 years, I finally have stopped
drinking a pot of coffee a day. Coffee
was my "fuel". However, I now have one
cup as soon as I get up and no more
throughout the day! And I have more
energy than I had with the coffee!!! And
much better concentration!
Because of my IBS, I started using the
diet in Dr. Len's book, “To Burn or Not
to Burn, Fat is the Question.” I have
not had one "bout" of IBS in two weeks
(I had been missing work because of
IBS)!!! The new way of eating I have
developed (I dislike the work diet) I
believe, has taken away the afternoon
slumps. I can stay awake without
coffee!!!!!!!!!! Who'd a thought
that????
Also, because I work at the hospital
where my doctor also works, I do get to
see her a lot. Today when I saw her, I
told her how good I feel. I told her
some of the things I was doing as far as
diet, etc. I also told her about some of
the concepts in Dr. Lopez’s book (ex:
only 4-6 oz of water with meals, snack
on fruits alone, not with any other
foods, etc.) These were things she did
not know as a doctor! She asked what
kind of vitamins I was taking. I told
her I was sending away for vitamins...I
did not tell her it was the ones she did
not advise... she said whatever you are
doing keep it up! I will tell her
eventually that I am taking the
Adrenal-Fuel.
Thank you for your book and your
supplements. I purchased the Sea Energy
tonight so my son, who cannot
concentrate without his ADHD meds, will
be able to get off the meds altogether.
By the way, the "diet" and the Adrenal
Fuel took care of the IBS.
I am so glad for these products. I wish
I could erase the stress from my life,
but as long as I have kids (forever, PTL!),
and a husband (also PTL!) and a job (PTL?)
and all of life's demands, there will be
stress. Although I try to control it,
some days it has control over me.
